Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • Design Expertise: 2+ years of design or architecture experience (focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scaling) for new and existing systems.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full Development Life Cycle: 3+ years of experience in the complete software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary ranging from $114,800 to $191,800 per year, dependent on experience and skills.
  • Total Compensation: Includes potential equity, sign-on bonuses, and a full range of medical and financial benefits.
