Job Description:
Fidelity Services Group is searching for a Receptionist to join their team at the ADT Gauteng division. If you have a passion for helping others and enjoy being the welcoming face of a company, this role is perfect for you!
Your Role:
As the first point of contact for Fidelity, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for visitors and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming Guests: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, making them feel at home.- Calls Support: Answer and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring they reach the right person or department.- E-Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.- Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and organized, fostering a pleasant atmosphere.- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, helping our team stay organized.- Administrative Tasks: Provide support to various departments as needed.- Supplies Management: Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary.- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications/Skills needed:
Fidelity Services Group values professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with enthusiasm are encouraged to apply!- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- A positive, professional attitude.- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
