Overview

As part of a small, agile, and highly collaborative team, you will play a critical role in crafting materials that not only convey the functionality of Microsoft’s Copilot but also capture its emotional depth and user-centric design. Working alongside experienced designers, writers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to a product that is setting new standards in AI, product design, and user trust.

The Role: Presentation Designer for Copilot

You will be responsible for creating high-impact presentation materials that communicate Microsoft’s vision for Copilot ,a revolutionary AI product at the forefront of technology. As a Presentation Designer, you will:

  • Drive Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling presentations that combine art direction with storytelling, creating decks that are not only visually captivating but also meaningful.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with designers, UX specialists, AI modelers, and leadership to align presentation materials with our product vision.
  • Build at Pace: Operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you’ll translate complex ideas into engaging, high-quality visuals, maintaining alignment with our design principles.
  • Measure Impact: Define and track goals, set up experiments, and work with data to refine storytelling for maximum impact.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

  • 4+ years of experience in creating visually compelling presentation decks.
  • Experience simplifying complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, gather context, and generate images to support storytelling.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Figma.
