About the ACM Team

  • Unified Campaign Services: Work on a highly available, auto-scalable service for all ad programs across Sponsored Ads and ADSP.
  • Comprehensive Campaign Management: Support various advertisers (vendors, sellers, brands) throughout the entire advertising lifecycle, optimizing their campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
  • High-Scale Systems: Engage with Axiom and CMAAS, which handle thousands of requests per second, managing extensive ad catalogs and publishing millions of updates daily.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience, demonstrating leadership skills.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience working within engineering teams, showcasing technical expertise.
  • 3+ years of designing or architecting systems for reliability and scalability, ensuring robust solutions.
  • 8+ years leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services, enhancing service offerings.
  • Deep knowledge of the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, from coding standards to testing and certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in communicating effectively with users and technical teams to gather requirements and present technical designs.
  • A successful track record in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing software engineering teams, fostering skill development and collaboration.

Competitive Compensation

  • Salary Range: Competitive base salary ranging from $171,400 to $286,200 per year, based on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
